why? i dont think i have the strength to endure longer n faster ride.
however, at my age.. recovery is the main culprit.. i can't recover fast enough to do more frequent training..
solution? dunno la.. anybody got any suggestion?

I am not an athlete just a normal urban rider that rides to work. I do cover about 50-70km return cycling to work. I need about 8hours rest to enable me to cycle the next day. Maybe i need to watch my food intake to recover faster...so far no idea yet on d diet.
*sigh*

i'm not a 9-5 person. working on my own means rehat yg tak menentu, makan yg tak menentu. semua asal sempat jek. kayuh pon asal sempat jek.
tidur n diet? jgn harap la.
i read about recovery recently - eat 4 parts of cabohydrate to 1 part of protein 30 mins after unclip.
after unclippp??? akmal bole la, sebab dia terus balik umah. aku lepak ngan kawan2 lepas ride jek dah sejam. pastu balek basuh basikkal, mandi, solat.. bla2. kurang2 2 jam baru dpt recovery meal.
huh! kena tukar strategi ni.
